The Park Hyatt does what it says on the wrapping – it puts ‘Luxury on the Waterfront’. With all its amenities, it’s like an inner-city resort, starting with the 25-metre heated infinity pool on the harbourside, with deck chairs, views, greenery and deep eaves for sun protection. Originally from Wellington, he’s only recently returned home and is relishing championing New Zealand producers.
