Angry locals: Sydney’s west is now ‘North Korea’

Western Sydney locals say they’re in a “North Korea” style police state and have likened lockdown to living “under the Taliban” while rich people in Bondi have it easy.

Everyone has forgotten that the wealthy northern beaches were the only area to miss Christmas last year. They were locked down with police enforcing the lockdowns while the rest of Sydney had freedom to see family. It sucks but it is based on case numbers.

Kind of ridiculous, here in the northern suburbs, the daily routine is go for a walk around the block or something like that. But I’m not in a beach area. Nor would I wish to go to a crowded one either yet.

Your whole state is a joke you all caused the country’s current outbreak. You want freedom. Do a real lockdown and stop spreading this shit.
