Australians are losing record amounts of money to scams — more than $2 billion last year, according to Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) figures.
On investment scams alone, $701 million was lost.
The number of victims just keeps growing.
That's despite government agencies, the private sector and law enforcement saying they're disrupting more scam activity than ever.
ABC's 7.30 program needs your help to investigate.
We want to know what police, banks, superannuation funds, and other providers of financial products do when an individual reports a scam.
Maybe you know how a scam works, or how authorities assess victims' claims.
